SHIPPING INFORMATION

We pride ourselves on providing excellent value and service to our customers. We use a shipping service called Yunexpress, 4PXexpress, to ship orders.
We ship worldwide, but mainly to North America, Europe and Oceania.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping services. However, we are unable to ship to certain locations. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you. (For packages shipped to Korea, please provide your customs code or date of birth for non-Korean citizens, and Brazilian users must provide their CPF number)

LOST/LOST SHIPMENTS
Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the products are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree to take full responsibility for customs duties once your order arrives at the destination country. (Usually we will quote the product price based on the customs situation, which can help you avoid paying the duty)

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

TRACKING STATUS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME".
It may take 4-7 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 8 business days ago and you still do not have a tracking number, please contact us (via email).

SHIPPING TIME
Delivery times vary from location to location, but for bulky items we usually provide an estimated delivery time on the product details page.
