Cancel

We accept cancellations of orders before they are shipped or manufactured. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Refunds (if necessary)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Do not return the purchased product to the manufacturer.
The customer is charged shipping costs only once (this applies to returns). The consumer is not charged a restocking fee for returning the product.


Compensation (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you a receipt. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or declined. Once your return is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missed benefits (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tuomi.store.
